Job Summary

The Team Leader – Implementation Specialists plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of website builds and CRM configurations for Push Press clients. This position is responsible for supervising a team of Implementation Specialists, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with client expectations and internal quality standards. The Team Leader oversees daily operations, provides technical guidance on platforms like Web flow and GoHigh Level, and drives continuous improvement in team performance and processes. This role requires a blend of leadership, project coordination, quality assurance, and hands-on knowledge of digital tools to support the client’s onboarding and success journey.

Duties And Responsibilities

Team Management & Oversight

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Implementation Specialists (junior to mid-level) handling Web flow and GoHigh Level configurations
  • Monitor individual and team performance using task trackers (e.g.,ClickUp, Linear) and quality checklists
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance reviews

Project & Task Coordination

  • Assign tasks based on team workload and expertise
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Coordinate project timelines, client requirements, and internal updates

Process & Quality Assurance

  • Review outputs for completeness, functionality, and client branding standards (e.g.,Webflowpages, CRM automations)
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and output quality
  • Maintain documentation of workflows, checklists, and SOPs

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as the main point of contact between the client, specialists, and other cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with developers or product owners when custom solutions or escalations are required
  • Facilitate team meetings, knowledge sharing, and training

Training & Development

  • Onboard new hires and provide technical training on Web flow, GoHigh Level, Bug Herd, and related tools
  • Encourage continuous skill development and tool proficiency
  • Lead internal QA audits and post-implementation reviews

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience leading digital production or support teams
  • Deep understanding of content moderation, CRM workflows, and task delegation
  • Strong reporting skills using dashboards and documentation tools (e.g., Notion, Linear)
  • Hands-on experience with Web flow and GoHigh Level is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage technical tasks and supervise multiple projects
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • High attention to detail and QA mindset
  • Strong time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to team success
  • Comfortable working with checklists, systems, and client-facing communication
  • Tech-savvy and continuously learning emerging tools and methods

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Bug Herd, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Loom
