We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our customer service team in our Davao office. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting a team of customer service representatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving continuous improvement. What you'll be doing
Manage, coach, and develop a team of customer service representatives to deliver outstanding service to our clients
Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
Provide ongoing feedback, training, and support to team members to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential
Collaborate with the broader customer service team to share best practices and drive process improvements
Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Report on team performance metrics and identify opportunities for process optimisation
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that promotes employee engagement and morale
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service supervisory or team leader role, preferably in a call centre or similar high-volume environment
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
Excellent time management and multitasking skills to effectively prioritise and coordinate team activities
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement
