Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist to meet performance targets
  • Participate in problem solving and process improvement process together with team manager
  • Evaluate department Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the business to identify solutions, best practices and KPIs to improve existing
  • Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and
  • Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance
  • Provide inputs towards staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
  • Assist staff to resolve complex problems and responsible for quality
  • Drive Employee Engagement and Customer Satisfaction
  • To have a periodic meeting with the team members to discuss on the productivity and feedback
  • Monitor Key deliverables for Process Associates on Continuous Basis

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate ( Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline )

Work Experience and skills:

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’
  • Logistics / Back Office experience is a must
  • Good Communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Good People management Skills
  • Self-Learning and Development
  • Computer knowledge (words, excel, power point)
