Summary
RealPage Team Leader III will lead a team responsible for the analysis of data, migration of data and product implementation based on the customer’s business needs. The Implementation team leader ensures the team stays on schedule, supervises the implementation process, ensures quality, manages customer issue resolutions, provides employee coaching/problem resolution and drives activations to increase revenue. The team leader creates departmental processes and procedures, trains new team members, documents and communicates product defects, manages team assignments, works with product development to test new solutions or enhancements, determines resource requirements to implement solutions and facilitates as the subject matter expert.

Primary Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Operational Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire financial data migration, retrofit and financial report writing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data transfers.
- Manage day to day operations of the team to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Well-versed on all processes covered by Accounting Data Migration and Retrofit team (includes primary and adhoc tasks).
- Perform implementation tasks and assists with activations as needed in the operations.
- Conduct quality assurance of each implementation prior to release to the customer.
- Manage the current order backlog of the team by doing regular research and provide relevant updates to orders being review.
- Resolve complaints and answer questions from both internal and external customers.
- Maintain seamless communication with the US counterparts and liaise with them on operational front regularly.
- Identify and assist development with resolution and enhancements to workflow, scripts, or system defects.
- Communicate with management regarding the status of assignments and any obstacles encountered that may hinder the achievement of designated goals.
- Timely escalation to management of problem issues that may affect deliverables.
- Communicate with clients to resolve complex issues with their submitted financial materials, as required.
- Communicate updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Train and mentor new and existing staff members of the group.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their roles effectively.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Create and update management reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as assigned.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for team members.
- Make connections to colleagues within the department to forge collaborative relationship.
- Participate in the screening and selection process related to staffing.
- Must be a graduate of Finance or Business-related course.
- With at least 3 years or more related work experience as a leader handling accounting department/back-office account
- Proven leadership abilities to lead projects and teams successfully.
- Accounting knowledge or experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a limited time frame.
- Excellent English, verbal, and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
- Ability to communicate and explain complex processes and concepts.
- Proven ability to provide solid customer service.
- Familiarity with RealPage products, SharePoint and SalesForce.com is a plus.
- Must be able to multi-task, work in high paced and deadline driven environment.
- Must be willing to work in a fixed Night Shift schedule
- Mist be flexible in terms of work arrangements (On Site, Home and Hybrid)
