Join our dynamic team as a Team Leader - Fixed Weekends Off based in Davao City Davao del Sur. In this full-time role, you will lead and inspire a team of customer service professionals, ensuring exceptional service delivery and exceptional team performance.
What you'll be doing
Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to team members to drive performance and development
Monitor and evaluate team and individual productivity and quality metrics
Identify and implement ways to improve processes and efficiencies
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment
Lead team meetings and one-on-one sessions to provide feedback and support
Champion the company's values, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals
Manage schedules, time-off requests, and other administrative tasks
What we're looking for
Preferably Female
At least more than 1 year Team Lead experience handling an inbound account
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in using contact centre and productivity tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
