About The Role
As Team Leader – Dealer and Broker Sales Channel, you will be responsible for managing a team composed of Sales officers, Sales Assistants and Dealer Coordinators in generating auto loans from Auto Dealerships, Brokers and Sales agents nationwide.

As Team Leader – Dealer and Broker Sales Channel, you will be responsible for managing a team composed of Sales officers, Sales Assistants and Dealer Coordinators in generating auto loans from Auto Dealerships, Brokers and Sales agents nationwide.
How you’ll contribute
- Manages a team of Sales Officers and Sales Assistants in generating Auto Loans from geographical area of accredited auto dealers and brokers with the objective of meeting volume targets
- Ensures that Dealers and Brokers are actively referring auto loan accounts with the objective of increasing the bank’s market share based on set volume targets
- Monitors processing TAT of the team from the beginning of the solicitation process, loan application turn in, approval/decision, feedback to the referrer, booking, disbursement of loan proceeds and compliance with document deficiencies
- Implements incentive programs, marketing programs, showcases, and sales blitzes in their assigned channel
- Attends internal/external meetings, Sales and Marketing Events with the objective of further promoting the business through increased collaboration with business partners
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably from banking
- Knowledge in Auto Loan products
- Good interpersonal and customer relation skills
- Experience in people handing is an advantage
