What is the job?

The Team Leader is responsible for assisting and supporting the teams in daily operations. With the help of the Senior Team Lead, the Team Leader works as part of the team to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of tasks assigned by the client.


Responsibilities:

  • Support daily team operations by ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • Communicate with clients to manage expectations, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Assist in coaching team members and developing action plans to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Lead training sessions and refreshers to continuously build team knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor KPIs to evaluate team performance and adjust workflows to meet goals.
  • Tackle operational challenges with problem-solving skills while maintaining data security and adaptability.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, manage expectations, and resolve inquiries or concerns.
  • Experience in coaching team members and implementing actionable performance improvement plans.
  • Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and drive team success.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interaction across teams and with clients.
  • Skilled in training and upskilling team members, with a focus on continuous performance improvement.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while ensuring data security.
