Job Description:

  • Utilize analytical and data skills to drive operational efficiency and performance improvements.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare specialists, providing coaching, development, and performance feedback.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to healthcare insurance regulations and documentation standards.
  • Implement strategies to enhance team attendance, reduce attrition rates, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Manage program execution and performance metrics to achieve operational goals.
  • Maintain a balance of fun and focused environment to motivate team members and achieve high performance.

Requirements:

  • Call center experience / BPO experience required.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare insurance and documentation requirements in the US.
  • Proven track record in team management, coaching, and development.
  • Ability to drive performance through effective program management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Lipa City.
