Team Leader

Job Summary

He/ She is responsible for managing and guiding a team of Account Officers, Account Representative and Sales Support Assistants to achieve sales targets, improve performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Generating quality Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met
• Establishing and maintaining good business relationship with DepEd School Principals, Teachers and Employees
• Identifying potential clients that can be tapped for production related activities.
• Resolve any customer issues or concerns that have been escalated by team members to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course
• Must have direct experience on sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)
• At least 3 years of proven experience in selling consumer loan and other bank products
• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products
• Supervisory experience and people management are preferred
