What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets and deliver outstanding service
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the daily operations of the logistics team, ensuring the efficient handling of customer inquiries, orders, and related tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and training to team members to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential
- Contribute to the overall improvement of processes and procedures within the logistics operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably in a customer service or logistics environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in data analysis and performance monitoring to identify areas for improvement
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is a must
