What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets and deliver outstanding service
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the daily operations of the logistics team, ensuring the efficient handling of customer inquiries, orders, and related tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and training to team members to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of processes and procedures within the logistics operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably in a customer service or logistics environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance monitoring to identify areas for improvement
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is a must
