The Team Head is primarily responsible for conducting risk analysis of qualified income producing real estate projects as well as industry research and analysis pertaining to the real estate segments.

- Conduct bi-annual industry research to identify real estate opportunities and risks.
- Update market reports and organize briefings for banking units.
- Analyze credit data and create risk exposure reports.
- Develop tools to forecast property sector exposure and monitor corporate real estate loans.
- Review large credit proposals, validate assumptions, and make recommendations.
- Coordinate with market practitioners and maintain an industry database.
- Guide and support direct reports for their development and career progress ion.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration and other related fields
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Corporate Credit Analysis, Real Estate / Property Research, or Relationship Management
- With knowledge in MS Word, Powerporint and Excel
