Administrative Support
- Prepare, edit, and proofread team-related documents, reports, and meeting minutes
- Handle correspondence, including emails and letters, and manage document filing and archiving
- Assist in preparing materials and scheduling for team meetings and events
- Organize, categorize, and archive daily data, documents, and information
- Coordinate and maintain internal communication channels to ensure the accurate delivery of information
- Manage and update project or client databases and documents
- Assist in facilitating communication and coordination between departments to ensure information is conveyed and tasks are followed up on efficiently
- Follow up on various administrative tasks to ensure smooth cross-department collaboration and task completion
- Act as a liaison between the team and other departments, organizing and scheduling cross-departmental meetings and coordinating tasks
- Provide daily support to team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Facilitate communication and cooperation within the team, ensuring smooth information flow
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager and respond flexibly to urgent needs
