Your Role

As a Team Assistant, you will:

• Assisting with formatting proposals and client deliverables via Microsoft PowerPoint and Word;
• Consolidating information from multiple stakeholders of different levels for the presentations;
• General administration duties for the team, e-filing documents and maintaining databases;
• Coordinating travel and accommodation as required;
• Organising meetings, room bookings and invitations;
  
  

What You Need

• Graduate of 4-year course
• 1-2 years in a similar role
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Intermediate with Microsoft Office packages
