We are seeking a dedicated and caring Teacher Aide to join our team in 2026. In this role you will support inclusive education, assist with student care needs, and help implement communication and speech development strategies.

- Supporting classroom learning for students with diverse needs
- Providing personal hygiene assistance (including toileting support)
- Assisting with speech and communication development strategies under teacher/therapist guidance
- Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff
- Contributing to a safe, respectful and inclusive learning environment
- Compassion, patience and respect for all students
- Willingness to assist with personal care tasks
- An interest in inclusive education and supporting students with additional needs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to rural school life
