Position: AU Tax Accountant
Location: Calyx Centre, IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu City
Work setup & shift: Hybrid (3x onsite / 2x wfh) l Dayshift

Your Role
An AU Tax Accountant is expected to:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements by accounting standards
- Prepare clear and concise work papers as evidence of work performed
- Prepare management accounts
- Help identify accounting issues
- Apply basic Australian tax compliance procedures
- Assist with Australian tax planning for clients
- Prepare Australian income tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts
- Complete requisite regulatory forms
- Complies with the lodgement program by meeting lodgement dates and requirements
- Business / Commerce degree with an Accounting major
- Commencement of CPA or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience with end-to-end Australian taxation is a must
- Preferably with Xero experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must be amenable to work onsite on the first month of training in Calyx Centre, IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu City and then fully Hybrid work set-up on the succeeding months
