TalentPop partners with leading eCommerce brands to build scalable, remote teams. We’re looking for a Talent Pipeline Specialist to help ensure we always have a strong and consistent flow of candidates for our open roles.

This position focuses on sourcing performance, pipeline health, and data-driven improvements to how we attract talent.

Your Focus

  • Maintain active and engaging job postings across sourcing channels
  • Track and analyze applicant flow using HubSpot dashboards
  • Set and monitor weekly pipeline targets for open roles
  • Identify trends in candidate sources and application quality
  • Work closely with recruiters to adjust sourcing strategies as needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in a virtual assistant, admin, or operations role
  • Strong interest in recruitment, sourcing, or talent operations
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards
  • Familiar with HubSpot, Excel, or similar tools
  • Availability to work US Pacific Standard Time

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, tracking results, and helping teams scale efficiently.
