The Opportunity
The recruitment landscape is changing rapidly, to ensure we are equipped to capitalize on this
evolution, EY is expanding our Executive Talent Attraction and Acquisition global team (GTA2S) to
ensure we can continue to engage, attract and retain the world’s most exceptional and diverse talent.
This team collaborates with our Regional, Area and Global leadership teams in EMEIA and APAC to
deliver an integrated, agile and insights driven approach to Partner Recruitment.
The executive talent acquisition (recruiting) team supports Executive recruitment, designing and
delivering sourcing strategies to connect with talent for niche and emerging skill sets. Talent Attraction
roles help shape the EY organisation of the future, facing the market and assisting through targeted
search activity, market insights and team lifts.
We seek individuals who can partner strategically with service lines (SL) in the business, delivering
innovative talent acquisition for Executive hiring. These roles suit people with an innovation mindset
combined with experience in delivering through tested methodologies; we need people who can
collaborate within a global team but drive exceptional outcomes in their portfolio, building relationships
of trust.
About you:
This role will be required to work independently to drive projects and create solutions and robust
candidate pipeline to fulfill our growing hiring needs at a service line level. Responding to priorities,
providing advice to hiring teams, and acting as an in-market resource for the SL, Talent, and Executive
recruiting teams.

About you:

Responsibilities:
- Core activities will be “in market” candidate engagement.
- The priority of activity should be where there is “urgency” to hire, or complexity of sourcing activity
- Working in tight collaboration with the Executive Recruiter and Exec Talent Attraction Leadership to
new ways of working for executive hiring
- Leveraging their research, pipelining and engagement activity to support the projects.
- Provide leadership of SL Insights activity, becoming a focal point of contact for this activity –
in the area
- This role will be measured on candidates that are hired through their direct contact, market insights
spend % targets
- Promote the development of market brand campaigns for the service line – progressing this activity
- This role will additionally be accountable for advancing our DEI hiring agenda
- You will be a seasoned professional, experienced in a search firm or in-house recruiting team
services or consulting
- Experience in managing complex client and stakeholder relationships
- Experience in navigating a large matrix structure with a proven ability to resolve organizational
- Expertise in a range of sourcing methodologies, both advertising and search led, team lifts,
- High level of business acumen and professional gravitas
- Demonstrated creativity and a personal drive to innovate
- A high level of capability and versatility in communication, both written and verbal, to allow rapport
- An ability to rapidly assimilate information and develop robust knowledge in a range of markets and
- A global mindset, and the willingness and ability to team globally with dispersed and centralised
- Besides English, a second language skill is preferred.
