Talent Acquisition Consultant

world-class organization. As an Experienced Hire Recruiter, you’ll be right at the heart of that
goal, directly engaging with business leaders, colleagues and candidates from a diverse array of
backgrounds.
The opportunity
As an Experienced Hire Recruiter, Assistant Director, you’ll own recruiting responsibilities
aligned to a specific service line and/or region of EY. You’ll partner with a Talent Acquisition
Recruiter to identify top talent for our business. As part of a high performing team, you’ll serve
as a trusted business advisor to our leaders, Talent team, and hiring managers while also
ensuring an exceptional candidate experience for every candidate.

as a trusted business advisor to our leaders, Talent team, and hiring managers while also
ensuring an exceptional candidate experience for every candidate.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Developing recruiting strategies to attract experienced hires and serve as a key contact
stakeholders to achieve hiring goals
- Driving the recruiting process from the hiring approval stage to new hire orientation while
- Advising hiring managers, recruiting leaders and other stakeholders as appropriate on
on business strategy
- Providing operational and process excellence to ensure a quality candidate experience
- Acting as a change agent for new technology, tools and processes that are rolled out to
- Staying informed of talent and labor market insights
- Demonstrating knowledge and prior experience in attracting and engaging experienced
- Ability to function in a lead recruiter role providing coaching and counseling to other
- Ability to utilize strategic thinking skills and collaborate with fellow team members on
- Consultative approach with clients, serving as a talent advisor on the recruitment
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 8-10 plus years of experienced hire recruitment experience
- Working knowledge of current recruitment/hiring laws and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and knowledge and experience
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in a professional services environment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with numerous projects happening
- Strong reporting and data analytic skills
