Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Hiring:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across various levels and functions to ensure a diverse, qualified talent pool.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and campaigns to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
  • Coach and mentor junior recruitment team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance in recruitment.

Project Management:

  • Lead recruitment projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet hiring goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the process.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Use advanced Excel skills to analyze recruitment data, track KPIs, and generate reports for management.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to provide insights into recruitment metrics, trends, and improvement areas.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to enhance recruitment strategies.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methods, sourcing techniques and candidate assessment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficient in using recruitment and HR technology, including applicant tracking systems or Workday
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
