Your Role

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Your Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting techniques.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to job offer and contract preparation; including, pre-employment checklist monitoring and onboarding, until New Hire Orientation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Utilize social media, job boards, and other channels to attract top talent.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  
  

Your Skills And Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree related to Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & other recruiting software.
