The Opportunity at a Glance
We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a high-performing offshore recruitment company supporting Australian businesses across multiple industries.
In this fully remote role, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles—from admin and sales to marketing and specialist positions—working closely with internal teams and international clients. This is a fast-paced, structured environment designed for recruiters who thrive on ownership, quality hiring, and strong processes.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and handover to onboarding
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple industries and job functions
Partner closely with internal stakeholders and Australian clients to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Write, post, and manage job ads across multiple platforms to attract high-quality candidates
Keep candidate records organised and accurate using an ATS (Recruiterflow or similar)
Contribute to recruitment process improvements and candidate experience initiatives
Provide ad hoc support to other teams during lower recruitment periods
What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:
Have 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Have direct experience working in an outsourcing or offshoring company (non-negotiable)
Can confidently manage multiple roles at once across different industries
Have experience recruiting for Australian or international clients
Are comfortable using an ATS (Recruiterflow or similar)
Communicate clearly, follow structured processes, and stay highly organised
Are proactive, self-directed, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:
Background in outsourcing or technical recruitment
Experience in volume hiring or high-growth environments
Familiarity with employer branding, sourcing strategies, or recruitment analytics
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and other sourcing platforms
Work Schedule & Employment Terms
Full-Time | Monday to Friday
Fully remote role
Open to Philippine-based applicants only
