- Draft job descriptions and manage job postings
- Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, JobStreet, and referrals
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers and track pipeline status
- Support onboarding logistics and documentation
- 2+ years experience in recruitment or HR
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
