Key Responsibilities
Candidate Screening & Pre-Screening
- Conduct initial screening of applicants to assess qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Perform phone and paper screenings to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
- Ensure accurate and timely endorsement of candidates to recruiters or hiring managers.
- Maintain constant communication with candidates regarding application updates and interview schedules.
- Assist in posting job ads on company websites and various job portals.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support recruiters in client communication and candidate placement activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in recruitment tracking systems and spreadsheets.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor recruitment practices.
- Provide recommendations to improve candidate engagement and recruitment processes.
- Perform other recruitment-related tasks as needed to support the Talent Acquisition team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Willingness to work onsite and commit to a full-time, fixed-term role of up to 5 months.
