As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with HR and Hiring Managers to fulfill recruitment needs across various functions in APAC. You’ll lead the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer recommendations—while providing insights to guide hiring decisions. You'll also analyze sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and regular updates.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with HR and Hiring Managers to fulfill recruitment needs across various functions in APAC. You’ll lead the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer recommendations—while providing insights to guide hiring decisions. You'll also analyze sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and regular updates.
What you will do
- Lead recruitment across APAC functions by partnering with HR and Hiring Managers to address hiring needs and serve as the main point of contact throughout the process
- Manage end-to-end recruitment by partnering with line managers to source qualified candidates, conduct assessments, and provide strategic hiring insights
- Analyze sourcing channel performance and develop tailored strategies to attract top talent across diverse job categories
- Establishing and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline, sharing project updates, and managing candidate communication to enhance their experience.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment either in-house or at an agency
- Strong business acumen and judgment along with a deep understanding of both external and internal market dynamics and excellent operational skills to influence hiring decisions
- Proficient interviewing skills and a curious mindset
- Proven successful track record in regional volume recruitment
- Expertise in innovative direct sourcing will be preferred.
- Demonstrated customer focus and exceptional communication skills, with the potential to develop consulting abilities
- Ability to manage customer expectations and engage with a consultative manner.
