As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at 2x Philippines, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the successful acquisition of top talent aligned with our company’s goals and culture. You will also serve as a domain expert in our hiring processes, managing stakeholder relationships and spearheading recruitment improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in candidate engagement, offer management, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet the specific hiring needs of various departments.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent in alignment with company goals and values.
- Endorse candidates that meet 2x Philippines’s expectations and standards.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate and extend job offers, ensuring alignment with company compensation structures and candidate expectations.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads (COE) at 2x Philippines to understand specific hiring needs, timelines, and organizational goals.
- Act as a domain expert for 2x Philippines hiring, managing communication with stakeholders and adjusting strategies to meet hiring expectations.
- Spearhead team manager campaigns and recruitment improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the management of organic candidates, including managing job postings across various channels.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage and report on recruitment progress, ensuring compliance with best practices and company processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment efforts, including data from the ATS and ongoing candidate engagement activities.
- Adjust recruitment strategies based on feedback from hiring managers to ensure the best fit for both the role and company culture.
