Specific Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing, reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and initiate background check screening.
  • Managing and reacting efficiently to high volume recruitment.
  • Proper utilization of different sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking System.
  • Plans, coordinates, and strategize with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and team members.
  • Create and update weekly and monthly reports and/or as needed.
  • Assess and recommend value adding process to improve efficiency.
  • Provides support to other associates when necessary.

Primary Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  • With at least 1 year of relevant recruitment experience in shared service set-up.
  • Experience in full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-pace, high volume environment.
  • With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to organize and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge required (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Amenable to work Mondays – Fridays.
  • Knowledgeable in Boolean search.
  • Experience in using Avature or other ATS.
