We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate to support our recruitment efforts across Technical, Corporate, and Back Office roles. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for various positions within the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates for Technical (e.g., IT, Developers), Corporate (e.g., Finance, HR), and Back Office (e.g., Admin, Support) roles using various sourcing channels such as job boards (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed), social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen and review candidate profiles and resumes to assess qualifications based on job requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines, sourcing trackers, and recruitment databases.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and target candidate profiles.
- Assist in posting job advertisements and supporting recruitment marketing efforts.
- Conduct initial outreach and engagement with candidates via email, messaging platforms, or phone calls to introduce opportunities and gauge interest.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and other talent attraction activities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, JobStreet, and other job boards or sourcing channels is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
