In this role you will be a talent expert with a robust understanding of what good talent looks like and what the current market demands and industry best practices are. Regardless of whether you’re dealing with candidates or internal stakeholders, you understand that people are pivotal to any business so you operate with a service mindset and aim to deliver a great experience. Your Responsibilities In Detail

At this point in your career, you know inside out what a TA Partner does but in short you will

• Source and recruit cohesive and top-performing teams
• Train and coach managers on hiring and interviewing best practices
• Suggest high impact opportunities for improvement and own their implementation
• Manage projects involving the broader People team ensuring a great employee experience
• Provide weekly reporting and recruiting metrics

Your Background

• Proven experience hiring large teams with high NPS score and low attrition for fast-growing start/ scale ups
• Experience in stakeholder coaching and management with a data driven recruiting approach
• Track record in sourcing top talent within a fast paced international environment
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Excellent communication in English
• A communicative people personality and positive can do attitude round your profile
