Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will:

• Ensures regular endorsement of candidates to the hiring manager for review
• Facilitates the hand off process and communicates updates on new hires to stakeholders
  
  

(Operations and Human Resources)

• Utilizes the data gathered / reports generated, experience gained to establish recommendations
  
  

to improve the process

• Performs other duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional / departmental goal
  
  

attainment or for his personal and professional training, education or development as

programmed by superiors. This includes, but shall not be limited to paper- and phonescreening,

making call-outs, scheduling candidates etc.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Has 3 - 5 years experience with employment and recruitment operations
• Must have knowledge and experience in recruitment of various positions in the Philippines for the
  
  

call center/BPO industry

• Familiarity with all human resource areas specifically, recruitment and sourcing/marketing
• Familiarity working in fast-moving, dynamic working environment/industry
