Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager to lead our recruitment and HR operations in the Philippines. This role will be instrumental in building and nurturing our offshore team by driving end-to-end recruitment processes and overseeing core HR administrative functions.
As the Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager, you'll work closely with our global leadership team to ensure we're attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent that aligns with our community-first values. You'll serve as the primary talent gatekeeper, thoroughly screening all candidates to identify those who are the best match for our culture and technical requirements. Beyond recruitment, you'll be responsible for creating a seamless candidate experience and supporting our team members throughout their journey with WeMod.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager to lead our recruitment and HR operations in the Philippines. This role will be instrumental in building and nurturing our offshore team by driving end-to-end recruitment processes and overseeing core HR administrative functions.
As the Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager, you'll work closely with our global leadership team to ensure we're attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent that aligns with our community-first values. You'll serve as the primary talent gatekeeper, thoroughly screening all candidates to identify those who are the best match for our culture and technical requirements. Beyond recruitment, you'll be responsible for creating a seamless candidate experience and supporting our team members throughout their journey with WeMod.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Leadership
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for our offshore team in the Philippines
- Drive end-to-end recruitment process for all Philippine roles including QA Testers, Map Creators, Support Specialists, and Content Writers
- Source candidates through multiple channels including local job boards, professional networks, and more
- Screen all candidates through thorough initial interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with WeMod's values
- Provide detailed candidate evaluations and recommendations before passing qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow-up discussions with hiring managers
- Manage offer processes, including negotiations and documentation
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Define, track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
- Oversee the onboarding process for new team members
- Manage employee lifecycle events from onboarding to offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Handle employment contracts and other HR documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations in the Philippines
- Experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record in building and scaling remote teams
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Experience working with gaming or technology companies
- Knowledge of offshore/remote team management
- Experience with international companies
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g. Ashby)
