  • Entry level for more complex support and administration functions.
  • Requires good knowledge, experience and skills of standardized processes and procedures.
  • Needs attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office applications experience including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
