Work Schedule and Arrangement: Day shift 9AM - 6PM; Office-based Setup

Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Use social media and online resume database networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, JobStreet) to look for and connect with potential candidates
- Review resumes to pre-screen candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
- Send emails and perform callouts to follow up with candidates
- Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
- Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
- Schedule applicants for interviews with requestors
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors
- Must be a college graduate - preferably a Psychology, HRDM, BSBA graduate or any course related
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience
- Good understanding of recruitment process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- Has a go-getter attitude, has good time and client management
- Knowledgeable with headhunting and sourcing techniques
- Computer savvy and familiar with Google Suites (especially Google Sheets and Google Docs)
- Experience with using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a big plus
- Strong willed, self-motivated, goal-oriented and with a positive attitude
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Monthly salary of 23,000
- New hire bonus of 5,000
- Monthly risk allowance of 2,000
