Talent Acquisition Associates support the process of identifying and acquiring both qualified and non-qualifed educators to build and maintain the depth and capability of our workforce to make sure we are able to deliver engaging and compliant services at our partner schools.

The Talent Acquisition Associate are are aligned to State where possible to build understanding of the area and services and is responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within a

portfolio of Micropods (geopgraphic regions).

Our TA Associates use the PageUp Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to facilitate an end-to-end hiring processes to

ensure a positive experience for candidates.

Qualifications

  • Ensure recruitment and selection reflects best practice, meets legislative requirements.
  • Ensure the recruitment process is exceptional and that all communication with applicants is conducted in anaccurate, timely and professional manner
  • Manage the candidate's expectations and engaging with them throughout the course of the hiring process closing the hiring process well, ensuring that records are loaded to OCW and that the ‘handoff’ to onboarding is seamless.
  • Sourcing and Recruitment:
    • Create job roles using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in a timely manner as directed by the TA
    • Manager/ TA Partners aligned to the depth needs of the business.
    • Ensure that job roles are accurately posted to our recruitment channels and opened/closed in a timely manner upon the identification of hiring need and the completion of the recruitment process where allrequired positions against that job role have been filled.
    • Where sourcing is required, complete comprehensive candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and direct outreach to build a pipeline of diverse pool of qualified candidates, effectively meeting the hiring requirements and timelines.
    • Manage advertisements as required, including variance to hourly rate and/or addition of sign on bonuses as per our policy to maintain a healthy pipeline of suitable candidates to meet the requirements of the number ofpositions being hired for.
    • Pre-screening potential candidates for the educator role against position requirements including the need to hold qualifications and certifications, and manage the candidate status in the ATS to make sure we are progressing candidates through the applicant journey in a timely manner.
    • Manage ‘events’ in the ATA to facilitate phone and video interviews to assess the skills, experience, and capabilities of the applicant against the educator position description.
    • Evaluating applicants and sharing the most qualified ones with the hiring manager so that they can review them.
    • Ensuring accurate pre-screening of working rights, qualifications and certifications is conducted prior to offer.
    • Ensure accurate creation and submission of offer for approval is completed in a timely manner at the conclusion of a positive interview, and the offer then sent to the candidate.
    • Ensure accurate closing of position once an offer is accepted with all candidate information uploaded to their OCW profile.
