The TA Onboarding Specialist performs accurate and timely end-to-end Onboarding process from "Job offer" up to "1st day deployment" for both Corporate and Mass positions. Ensures operational target are met and must keep candidate experience as the top priority.

What You’ll Do
- Has the working knowledge and experience in own discipline
- Assist other colleagues on some task
- Initiates and pro-active in suggesting process improvements
- Acts as the project POC on process improvements and internal projects
- Performs analysis and interpretations of reports to address gaps and possible solutions
- Responsible in the process of Onboarding candidates which includes Employment verification, Pre-employment medical Exam, Pre-employment requirements, and Contract signing
- Collaborates with Recruiters, Business Unit, and Hiring Manager that are involved in the Onboarding process of the candidates to ensure seamless and positive experience of candidates
- Deals with the candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and successful deployment
- Responsible in benefits and payroll requirements compliance of the candidates
- Manages PPE end-to-end process
- Performs post-onboarding assignments such as Post hiring, Pre-Employment Medical SOA management and 201 file management
- Responsible for creating employee SAP record and Employee ID which includes end-to end process of External hires
- Resolves tickets in JIRA on a timely manner
- Ensures to maintain Onboarding TAT
- Coordinates and can work independently with Pre Employment vendors and Banks related to PPE and SOA concerns and issues on payroll application of the new hires
- Generates, analyzes, and interprets report to address gaps in the process and ensure solutions are being planned
- Perform other duties as assigned
- At least 1 year work experience in HR Onboarding or equivalent
- Good command in MS Office Application
- Has the working knowledge and experience in own discipline
- Has also the mastery on two (2) or more Onboarding stages and solid understanding on standard operating procedures of the team
- Has the mastery on SAP Hiring process
- Knowledge in government statutory benefits and Basic Labor Laws
- Knowledge in SAP, O365, Recruitment systems and the like
