How will you make an impact in this role?


The TA (Talent Acquisition) Coordinator provides administrative support to the APAC Talent Acquisition Team throughout the hiring lifecycle which includes but are not limited to, managing screening and interviewing logistics, tracking candidate progress in applicable TA technologies, initiating and monitoring pre-hire diligence, triaging and resolving issues, and creating offer and contract documentation. They execute, enact, and augment the candidate experience as the logistics liaison.




Career Center Responsibilities:



  • Provide great experience to our candidates, hiring leaders, and other guests at the Career Center


  • Ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates, Hiring Leaders, and Talent Acquisition Partners by acting as the logistics liaison


  • Review candidate profiles to conduct initial screening (via face to face, phone, video conference), facilitate assessments, and endorse candidates to assigned Talent Acquisition Partner as appropriate


  • Utilize available Talent Acquisition (TA) technologies to manage logistics and scheduling of interviews (face to face or virtual)/teleconferences and send relevant interview guides to Hiring Leaders pre-interview


  • Provide support for ad hoc reporting requests as needed


  • Carry out other ad hoc administrative tasks and activities relating to the management of the career center as needed




Other Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and update a global Talent Acquisition dashboard for accurate reporting


  • Distribute requisite tools and templates to support the recruitment process


  • Join Strategic Hiring Discussions and debrief meetings for requisitions together with Hiring Leaders and Talent Acquisition Partners as needed


  • Audit and review requisitions in Career Track and route to respective stakeholders for approval


  • Ensure operational excellence through triaging key issues that arise during the recruitment process


  • Update Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) process and policy updates in a timely manner


  • Ensure data integrity throughout the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) lifecycle (including but not limited to loading new positions into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), scanning and saving supporting documentation, and maintaining data routinely)


  • Post campaigns to appropriate sourcing sites as directed by the Talent Acquisition Partner


  • Send regular communication on referral programs for open roles and handle referral inquiries as needed


  • Support Talent Acquisition Partners in generating and sending offers and contracts to candidates and sending disposition correspondence as needed


  • Initiate profile validation and monitor pre-hire diligence including background checks and drug screens


  • Provide support for ad hoc reporting requests as needed


  • Carry out other ad hoc pre-offer administrative tasks and activities as needed



Minimum Qualifications:


  • At least Two (2) years of working in a corporate environment specializing in administrative or support position


  • Must possess great communication skills with proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with candidates and internal key partners


  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and applicant tracking systems


  • Must have experience working in a compliance-driven organization




Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in a contact center environment, or relevant experience in recruitment administration is highly preferred


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is an advantage

  • Location: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig


  • Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home)


  • Work From Home Requirements:


    • Must have at least 25 mbps internet connection plan / speed
