Title: Systems Integration Analyst
The Systems Integration Analyst plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting the execution of Restaurant Systems projects and technology initiatives. This role ensures that all systems, tools, and processes are well-documented, tested, and aligned with operational goals. A key enabler of transformation, the role integrates project management discipline with systems thinking and data-driven decision-making through tools such as Power BI and Power Query.
Project & Program Management
The Systems Integration Analyst plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting the execution of Restaurant Systems projects and technology initiatives. This role ensures that all systems, tools, and processes are well-documented, tested, and aligned with operational goals. A key enabler of transformation, the role integrates project management discipline with systems thinking and data-driven decision-making through tools such as Power BI and Power Query.
Project & Program Management
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are met.
- Develop project plans, trackers, risk logs, and documentation to monitor progress and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project implementation.
- Collaborate in designing, testing, and standardizing store-level systems and tools to improve operational execution.
- Facilitate system validations through fieldwork and operational feedback.
- Document SOPs, process flows, and system guides for use across teams and stores.
- Partner with IT and vendors to roll out new technologies, evaluate hardware/software solutions, and resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure technology initiatives are scalable and aligned with store operations and business strategy.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to track project health, system adoption, and operational metrics.
- Transform raw data into actionable insights using Power BI and Power Query.
- Monitor system effectiveness and identify trends or gaps based on data analytics.
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and leadership to support decision-making.
- Engage key stakeholders (Ops, BT, QM, Training, etc.) to align systems and project initiatives.
- Support training and capability-building efforts through documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, systems integration testing, and process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to be assigned to Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup).
