Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical skills in Service Desk - UAM and preferably domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Service Desk
  • UAM related issues.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of system configurations.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of user access management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities.
  • Participate in the development of disaster recovery plans and procedures.
  • Analyze system logs and identify potential issues before they become problems.
  • Work closely with the Property & Casualty Insurance domain team to ensure system alignment with business needs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of system operations and processes.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Service Desk
  • UAM.
  • Have a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show proficiency in system documentation and process development.
  • Have experience in system upgrades and migrations.
  • Display knowledge of system security and compliance requirements.
  • Be capable of conducting system audits and performance monitoring.
  • Provide effective training and support to end-users.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Analyze system logs for proactive issue resolution.
  • Align system operations with business needs.
  • Continuously improve system processes and operations.

Certifications Required

Certified Service Desk Manager (CSDM) ITIL Foundation Certification
