Job Summary
We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical skills in Service Desk - UAM and preferably domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel required. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Service Desk
- UAM related issues.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of system configurations.
- Ensure the security and integrity of user access management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
- Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities.
- Participate in the development of disaster recovery plans and procedures.
- Analyze system logs and identify potential issues before they become problems.
- Work closely with the Property & Casualty Insurance domain team to ensure system alignment with business needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of system operations and processes.
- Possess strong technical skills in Service Desk
- UAM.
- Have a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Show proficiency in system documentation and process development.
- Have experience in system upgrades and migrations.
- Display knowledge of system security and compliance requirements.
- Be capable of conducting system audits and performance monitoring.
- Provide effective training and support to end-users.
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Analyze system logs for proactive issue resolution.
- Align system operations with business needs.
- Continuously improve system processes and operations.
