Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role is key in analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories, working collaboratively across departments to ensure successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements for identified initiatives and projects.
• Create comprehensive analysis artifacts such as:
• Requirements documentation
• User stories
• As-is and to-be process models
• Flow charts
• Low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
• Analyze system change requests, issues, business processes, and data sets to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from both business and IT teams to align solutions with organizational goals.
• Support teams during solution design, development, testing, and implementation phases.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in systems analysis and design, including cross-functional system integrations.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles, design thinking, and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with data analysis and query tools such as Excel and SQL is a strong plus.
