Role location

2305 Ecoplaza Building, Chino Roces Ave, Makati, 1231 Metro Manila | Hybrid (three days in-office, two days virtual)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Problem Resolution~Interface with internal clients, vendors, managers, IT, and Product Development teams to resolve issues
  • Analysis and Documentation~Analyze problems, document resolutions, communicate outcomes, and conduct follow-ups. Escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Policy Documentation~Assist in documenting current policies and procedures
  • Cross-Functional Representation~Represent the team on cross-functional teams for production, support, and development activities
  • Specialty Production Processing~Perform specialized production processing tasks
  • Solution Delivery~Interact with internal departments to deliver effective solutions
  • Data Interpretation~Interpret and present data and conclusions to management as needed
  • Methodology Improvement~Enhance methodologies used in job functions
  • Additional Duties~Perform other related duties as assigned

What You Will Need

  • Shift Flexibility~Willingness to work night shifts and shift schedules as needed
  • Client Interaction~Confidence in interacting with clients as a Level 2 support, with excellent communication skills
  • Technical Support Experience~Solid experience in Technical Support (Service Desk), particularly in supporting banking issues related to Digital Banking and Mobile Banking
  • Troubleshooting Skills~Intermediate technical troubleshooting skills, especially in browser and mobile phone troubleshooting
  • Application Development Knowledge~Understanding of basic principles, processes, phases, and roles of application development methodologies
  • Product Knowledge~Demonstrated knowledge of company products and services
  • Analytical Skills~Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Task Management~Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks
  • Communication Skills~Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences at various organizational levels (executive, management, individual contributors)
  • Team Environment~Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress team environment
  • Independence~Ability to work independently with intuitive prioritization of assignments
  • Dependability~Must be dependable and able to meet and fulfill obligations
  • Customer Service~Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of satisfaction for internal and external customers
