Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting and enabling the company wide digital transformation and DevOps culture:
• You will be part of our global agile Cloud Native Infrastructure Platform (CNIP) team based on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), driving continuous improvement and aligning platform capabilities with business and technical demands.
• Ensuring end2end observability of our platform based on Datadog.
• Support DevOps activities in Product teams providing companywide state-of-the-art governance, guidance and platforms for cloud adoption to support solutions for millions of pumps and customers around the world.
• Manage 2nd level support, patching, implementing architectural directions, and facilitating knowledge transfer within the organization.
• Deliver high-performance customer-facing software solutions, and we collaborate closely to ensure the highest quality and reliability possible.
• Participate in all aspects of cloud platforms solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
• Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required
• Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
  
  

Your background:

• Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in deploying, monitoring and operation of cloud solutions, preferably in a large multifunctional and global environment.
• Experience managing defined processes within IT and IT System Engineering
• Proven ability to influence others and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience working in an agile scrum setup
• Solid Understanding of IT Service Management Processes, including incident, change, release, and availability management
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Cloud Native Infrastructure Platform (Azure Kubernetes Service & Datadog for Observability.
• Strong Experience with one or more of the following tools and technologies:
• Azure
• ArgoCD
• GIT
• Azure DevOps
• ServiceNow
• Microsoft EntraID
• Kyverno
• Atlassian Jira & Confluence
• Cilium
• Kubecost
• Aqua
• Relevant Certifications are ideal
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• Certified DevOps Engineer (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert)
• ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
