YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As Sustainability and Contributions Lead, you are responsible in managing and executing EA Sustainability and Contribution’s initiatives that respond to the needs of the people and their communities, ensuring that they comply with relevant corporate, government and industry guidelines.

You will:


  • Represent the organization to non-profit groups, community organizations, and community leaders in relevant programs and initiatives
  • Guide grantees on the company standards, process, and requirements; drive completion of submission of all relevant records to document delivery and execution of grant
  • Ensure proper documentation, records filing, and keeping of financial transactions following established company procedures
  • Maintain, review, and regularly monitor liquidation of grants using accounting and other relevant standards
  • Coordinate and manage application process from application receipt to close-out for grants, awards, charitable contributions, and independent research grants
  • Ensure grant money is used according to the terms of the grant
  • Review grant programs to ensure adherence to corporate, government and industry guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal functions including but not limited to EA, Finance, Legal and Ethics & Compliance to manage records


Who We’re Looking For


  • 4-5 years work experience in a Corporate Affairs or External Relations environment or other relevant experience
  • Has experience working with multiple external stakeholders/ organizations to coordinate documentation requirements of projects (or grants)
  • Has records management experience-- from creation, receipt, maintenance, use and disposition of records, including processes for capturing, and maintaining evidence of and information about business activities and transactions
  • Background in accountancy, and internal audit preferred
