What You'll Do
Prepare fresh sushi, sashimi, and Japanese dishes with precision
Maintain exceptional knife skills and food presentation standards
Select and inspect fresh fish and seafood for quality
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety protocols
Collaborate with kitchen team for smooth operations
Manage inventory and ingredient preparation
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of sushi preparation experience
Knowledge of traditional Japanese culinary techniques
Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
