About This Role…
The key purpose of this role is to assist the support team by handling incoming phone calls from clients and technicians, as well as triaging and resolving helpdesk tickets.

About This Role…
The key purpose of this role is to assist the support team by handling incoming phone calls from clients and technicians, as well as triaging and resolving helpdesk tickets.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and online platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating to senior technicians, suppliers, or manufacturers when necessary
- Assist clients with configuration changes to systems and software
- Perform support-related administrative tasks
- Support the maintenance of IT systems
- Assist in preparing quotes for support services
- Coordinate contractor site visits for technical support
- Document systems, processes, and procedures accurately
- Deliver basic system training to clients
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Experience with digital signage systems
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Basic understanding of IT networking concepts (e.g., IP addresses, routers, LAN/WAN)
