The Support Officer is primarily responsible for: (1) developing and organizing Group wide projects to achieve business goals of the group; (2) evaluating the needs and current practices and creating a training development plan and (3) handling and coordinating administrative tasks of the Group including budget preparation and management, resource optimization, vendor management and ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop projects and process improvements to help support the business goals and strategies of the Group. This may involve creation or enhancement of systems, p rocedures & guidelines, operational workflows, or programs.
  • Promote and establish a culture of innovation, collaboration, and healthy-disruptive thinking and sharing of ideas.
  • Create and execute learning strategies and program by designing and delivering e-trainings and reviews employee performance and learnings.
  • Prepare reports and analytics to provide business insight and deep dive analysis into the performance and potential risk factors (i.e. over- or under valuated figures, outliers, or unusual data, etc.)
  • Control operational costs and monitor expense reports. This includes consolidating budget preparations and off-budget approvals for manpower headcount, capital expenditures, operational expenses, and other PCC-related financial controls; as well as maintaining an updated PCC inventory and table of organization.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the various divisions of the group.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence of the Group Head.
  • Analyze current resource allocation, monitor, and report resource utilization and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with all the Divisions of the Group to identify resource needs and facilitate optimal usage.
  • Perform other functions and duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Business or Computer related college program.
  • At least 2 years' work experience in administrative support, financial operations, project management, or information technology from the banking, finance, or service sector.
  • Good people management and interpersonal skills, strong in oral and written communication, and process oriented.
  • high proficiency in either MS Office, Lotus Notes Design, or any database/application building software.
