Title: Supply Planning Manager
The Supply Planning Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of supply chain operations for key materials across the business units. This role is critical in ensuring supply continuity, optimizing inventory, and driving cost efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
The Supply Planning Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of supply chain operations for key materials across the business units. This role is critical in ensuring supply continuity, optimizing inventory, and driving cost efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Develops and executes long- and short-term supply plans (S&OP/S&OE horizons).
- Leads scenario planning to mitigate supply risks (e.g., forecast variability, supplier performance).
- Aligns with Procurement, Business Units, and Commissaries to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Drives inventory optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
- Leads monthly S&OP and weekly S&OE meetings.
- Manages inventory targets, turnover ratios, and non-productive inventory reduction.
- Coaches and develops a high-performing supply planning team.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in INdustrial Engineering, Supply Chain Managementr, or relatedf field (MBA is a plus).
- Must have at least five (5) years of managerial role experience in supply planning , inventory management, or production planning.
- Must possess strong leadership and analytical skills as well as excellent communication and stakeholder/supplier management.
- Proficient in MS Excel application with a preferred knowledge and experience in using Anaplan and other planning tools.
- Must be able to handle large-scale operations and can easily adapt and adjust to varying situations.
- Certification in APICS - CPIM, and CSCP is an advantage
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Bicutan, Paranque.
