Your role

We are seeking a Transformation Specialist to support the Supply Chain transformation across our Philippines Mass Production plants—OPTODEV in Laguna and EMPI in Mariveles, Bataan. This role will focus on enhancing day-to-day operations and ensuring we remain competitive in terms of customer service, cost efficiency, and product quality.

Main Responsibilities

Lens Planning Transformation

• Leads planning efficiency initiatives to improve customer service and eliminate non-value-added processes.
• Standardizes planning processes and tools across OPTODEV and EMPI plants.
• Establishes and monitors KPIs to track planning performance.
• Drives change management efforts with stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
• Trains and mentors key personnel and new employees on planning best practices.
  

Systems Implementation

• Oversees the implementation of new supply chain systems in alignment with global supply chain strategy.
• Ensures seamless integration and adoption of systems across relevant departments.
  

Distribution, Warehouse, and Purchasing Optimization

• Leads process improvement initiatives in Purchasing, Distribution, and Warehouse operations.
• Identifies and implements best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  

A Portrait of a Perfect Candidate

• Master's degree in Supply Chain.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP (Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel.
• Over 10 years of experience in supply chain and transformation roles, with a strong focus on systems improvement.
• Experience in production or operations management is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in driving process improvement initiatives and implementing changes within an organization.
• Based in Binan, Laguna and able to travel to Mariveles, Bataan plant 25% of the time.
