Job Description
The Supply Chain Supervisor ensures the efficient, cost-effective, and timely procurement and delivery of goods and services to support the company's engineering projects and operations. This role is critical in managing the end-to-end supply chain process—including purchasing, logistics, contract and supplier management—while ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing inventory, and building strategic supplier partnerships to support business goals.

Job Description
The Supply Chain Supervisor ensures the efficient, cost-effective, and timely procurement and delivery of goods and services to support the company's engineering projects and operations. This role is critical in managing the end-to-end supply chain process—including purchasing, logistics, contract and supplier management—while ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing inventory, and building strategic supplier partnerships to support business goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics—preferably in the power, utilities, engineering, or construction industry.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, sourcing strategies, and inventory management principles.
- Proven experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
