The Supply Chain Staff will support the efficient management of supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement, inventory management, and distribution of products.

Job Description:

  • Tracking and analyzing inventory, including forecasting future stock needs.
  • Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding orders and delivery schedules.
  • Handling basic tasks in the order fulfillment process, such as order entry, order checking, and shipping.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the receipt, handling, and scheduling of products in the supply chain.
  • Preparing and maintaining necessary documentation related to supply chain activities, such as invoices, order forms, and other related paperwork.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Has experience as a purchasing staff
  • Has great attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable with the use of Microsoft office tools (MS Word, Excel)
  • Experience with using SAP is an advantage
