Job Overview

Follow demand and capacity analysis, production control, and inventory control of main projects to meet the production, delivery demand, and cost, schedule requirements within the manager's direction.

Job Requirements

• Production Control - Manage daily output and monthly production plans, ensuring smooth operations, optimal resource allocation, and continuous material supply to prevent downtime.
• Delivery Performance - Drive on-time delivery by reviewing order backlogs, analyzing and resolving root causes for past-due orders, and leading cross-functional issue resolution meetings
• Inventory & MRP - Maintain optimal inventory levels (RM, components, FG) against the MPS. Manage MRP updates and proactively adjust Open POs (pull/push/cancel) to ensure cost-effective, smooth production.
• Demand & Capacity - Conduct IBP-based demand and capacity analysis, collaborating with customers/global teams. Develop and refine the MPS, aligning it with supply, capacity, and inventory policies.
• Materials & PO - Create and release Purchase Orders (POs) based on the MPS and manage their timely and accurate execution with operations.
• LT & NG - Clearance Systematically reduce Lead Times (LT) through capacity analysis and ensure SAP LT accuracy. Oversee and expedite the clearance of blocked/No Good (NG) inventory and RMAs.
• EHS Compliance - Actively participate in EHS training and initiatives to meet departmental safety and environmental targets.

Educational Degre

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of planning and working experience in electronics
